About Us

We run a Community Transport service for Redditch and Bromsgrove and surrounding areas using volunteer drivers to take clients to hospital appointments, doctors, dentists, opticians and care homes.

We can also provide transport for you to attend social appointments, such as a weekly club or to even visit a friend.

Our friendly drivers pick you up from your home or other local address, drive you to your destination, escort you straight to the front door (or department) wait and then return you home, making sure you get in safely.

Our Mission

Our mission at BluWave Community Transport is to overcome the isolation faced by people who cannot access regular means of transport.

We want to enrich the lives of those using our services by tailoring our services to meet individual needs, improve their participation in the wider community and increase their independence.

This in turn will improve their well-being and quality of life. Research shows that by keeping people active and engaged in activities and social interactions it increases their lifespan.
